Returns & Exchanges
Made-to-order means we do things differently.
Every Beachside Behavior shirt is printed just for you when you order it — no warehouse, no overstock, no waste. That means we can't accept returns or exchanges for the usual reasons (changed your mind, wrong size, didn't fit the vibe). We hope you'll understand.
What we DO refund or replace
- Damaged items (rips, tears, holes on arrival)
- Misprinted items (wrong design, smudged ink, placement off)
- Wrong items shipped (wrong size or color from your order)
- Items lost in transit
What we DON'T refund
- "Doesn't fit" — please use our size chart before ordering
- "Changed my mind" — we hand-print on demand and can't restock
- "Different color than the photo" — monitors vary, but we do our best
- Customer-provided shipping address errors
How to file a claim
Email us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@beachsidebehavior.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
- A brief description
We'll get back to you within 2 business days. If your claim is approved, we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund — no need to ship the original item back.
Important notes
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- We reserve the right to deny claims that don't match this policy
Why does this policy exist?
Print-on-demand exists to reduce waste. Traditional retail makes 100 shirts hoping to sell 60. We make 1 shirt because 1 customer ordered it. That model only works if returns are limited to actual quality problems — not preference changes. Thanks for getting it.
