How long until my order ships?

Each shirt is hand-printed just for you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. After printing, your order ships from one of our facilities.

How long is shipping?

  • United States: 3–5 business days after production
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • UK & Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Total delivery time from order to doorstep

  • US: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–25 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on US orders over $50.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

How can I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Email us at hello@beachsidebehavior.com with your order number.

Where do orders ship from?

We use a print-on-demand network with facilities in the US, Canada, Mexico, UK, Spain, Latvia, Japan, and Australia. Your order is automatically routed to the closest facility for the fastest delivery.

Why does it take so long?

Because nothing about your shirt was pre-made. The shirt was blank in a warehouse. We printed your design on demand, finished it, packaged it, and shipped it — all in the few days after you ordered. That's the trade-off for not contributing to fast-fashion waste.

Can I expedite shipping?

Standard shipping is the only option right now. We're working on adding express options soon.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

See our Returns & Exchanges policy. Email us at hello@beachsidebehavior.com within 30 days with photos and we'll make it right.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If your order hasn't started production yet, possibly — email us ASAP at hello@beachsidebehavior.com. Once it's in production (usually within 24 hours of ordering), we typically can't change anything.

Lost or stolen packages?

If tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and your mailroom
  2. Wait 48 hours (sometimes packages arrive late)
  3. Contact your local carrier
  4. If still missing, email us at hello@beachsidebehavior.com — we'll work with you on a resolution
